Jason’s can-do, problem-solving and pragmatic approach has earned him a well respected reputation during his 30+ years within the built environment.
Working collaboratively is key, with Jason’s forte being the ability to motivate teams to work together to deliver great results. Often encouraging partners to think differently about their vision, he has a proven track record in achieving maximum value and return on investment by sometimes making the smallest changes. His experience working for main contractors both large and small means he can find solutions to complex schemes, overcome logistical challenges and work with all stakeholders to deliver a successful outcome.
Alex Fish BSc (Hons) QS
Director
Alex has worked in the built environment for all his career and has a strong
background in cost planning, contract forms, project procurement,
commercial management and delivery.
Alex’s formative years with some of the major tier 1 contracting and
construction management businesses have given him exposure and
expertise covering co-living and residential developments, large scale
mixed use developments, commercial offices refurbishment and new build
and retail park developments throughout the UK.
