The Apiary, The Mall, Ealing
The Apiary is located adjacent to Ealing Broadway Station, served by London Underground, National Rail and Crossrail and between two existing buildings, which offered a logistical challenge during the construction process.
The ten-storey new build provides 81 high quality en-suite studios, complemented by extensive amenity space including roof terrace, co working space with full office facilities, dinner party club kitchens, lounge and bar.
Constructed around a light gauge steel frame, Cast & Teller have completed the external elevations, external works and the full fit out of the interior.
The Palm House, Harrow
The Palm House delivers 222 co living studios over nine storeys, with vibrant communal spaces, a café, gym, library, cinema room, fully functional communal kitchens and co working space.

This logistically challenging project required careful planning and programming to manage key activities and mitigate risk and inconvenience to the surrounding community. The early design and procurement of bathroom pods and precast façade coupled with an effective pit lane for JIT deliveries de-risked activities.
Various Garage Sites, Enfield
The seven sites provided a total of 94 new build residential units including houses and apartments for various tenure types.
